1. Select File > Manage Catalogs.
2. Do one of the following:
a. To choose a preset location for the catalog, select Catalogs Accessible By All Users (Windows® only) or Catalogs Accessible By The
Current User.
b. To select a custom location, choose Custom Location, and click Browse. Browse to the location on your computer for the catalog file.
3. Click New.
4. Type a name for the catalog in the Enter A Name For The New Catalog dialog box.
5. Click OK.
Locating the catalog file
Click Help > System Info.
The location of the catalog file currently open on your computer is listed under Current catalog >Catalog Location.

1. Select File > Manage Catalogs.
2. Select the catalog from the list in the Catalog Manager dialog box.
3. Click Open.
